HDA Truck Pride enhances footprint in Idaho with the addition of Diesel Depot.
Diesel Depot is a family-owned business led by Wally Klassen and his three sons. Their story began in Aberdeen, Idaho in the year 2000 with the renovation of a vacant car dealership to accommodate trucks. By 2007, they had outgrown the building. The brothers took over the business and built a new state-of-the-art facility. Their remarkable growth created the need, yet again, for more room and by 2020 they broke ground on an expansion project, nearly doubling the size of their facility.
From its humble beginnings with five employees and a three-bay shop, Diesel Depot has grown substantially to 45 employees and a 25-bay shop. They cater to the agricultural, trucking, construction, mining, municipality and dairy markets. Setting themselves apart from the competition, they offer exceptional customer service, including the ability to create custom builds tailored to individual customer specifications.
“Diesel Depot is a thriving family-centered business with a promising future that aligns very well with the core values of HDA Truck Pride. They invest significantly in culture and creating a workplace dynamic that retains great employees while also attracting new talent. We are delighted to expand our membership family with the addition of Diesel Depot.” says Tina Hubbard, President and CEO of HDA Truck Pride.
